Steve King is a distinguished pharmaceutical executive with over 35 years of experience in pharmaceutical development, business operations, strategic leadership and has comprehensive expertise in NDA and ANDA product development.  He currently servs as a President of 21159 Pharma, LLC, a pharmaceutical consulting company specializing in Drug Development CMC (Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls) services, outsourcing support, and product licensing across all development stages.

Prior to founding 21159 Pharma, Mr. King served as Chief Operating Officer at ViralClear Pharmaceuticals, where he played a crucial role in the company's clinical-stage development of novel treatments for viral diseases, particularly focusing on COVID-19 therapeutic solutions.  He was also Senior Vice President at Pharmaceutics International, Inc. (PII).  During his 21-year tenure at PII, he was instrumental in the 2008 acquisition of Pharmaterials in the UK.

His earlier career includes serving as Director of Business Development at R.P. Scherer Corporation (now Catalent), where he managed pharmaceutical and OTC products across Scandinavia, the Middle East, and Africa.  His leadership contributed to the company winning the prestigious Queen's Award for Export in 1995 for the Swindon facility.​​​
