Robert Dickey is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as CFO and Board Member at SFA Therapeutics.  His expertise in financial strategy and corporate development has been instrumental in advancing SFA's therapeutic platforms.

As Managing Director of Foresite Advisors, he provides comprehensive financial advisory services to life science companies.  His current portfolio includes several concurrent CFO positions at biotech firms, including AIM ImmunoTech, Kenox Pharmaceuticals, and Sharp Edge Labs.

His experience includes serving as CFO for Motif Bio plc, Tyme Technologies and BeyondSpring Pharmaceuticals.  He also has experience in the financial services industry serving as Managing Director at Legg Mason Wood Walker and Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, where he specialized in IPOs, secondary offerings, and M&A transactions.   Robert also was President, COO, CEO & CFO at Protarga, Inc., which advanced a cancer drug to Phase III clinical studies before orchestrating its sale to Daiichi Sankyo.

He holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School.  His combination of financial expertise, life sciences experience, and strategic leadership continues to make him a valuable asset in the biotechnology sector.
